Processing Time:

Normal Processing time is 25-30 working days and depends solely upon the Consulate.

Documents Required:
  • A valid passport with a minimum of six months validity.
  • UAE resident visa copy (UAE residence visa with at least 180 days validity)
  • Two passport-sized photo with white background.
  • Emirates ID copy (front & back)
  • 06 months bank statement
  • NOC from the company (should mention designation, date of joining & salary paid)
  • Old visa copies of UK if any
  • Old passport copies
  • Last 10 international travel history (date of travel, country, purpose of visit)
  • Parents full name, date of birth & place of birth.
  • Address you staying in UAE (Years of staying in that address)
  • Company name, address, designation, year of joining.
If you have an inviter from the UK, please collect documents copy of
  • Invitation letter with his/her name as per passport, address in UK, email & contact number
  • Passport copy with signature page
  • If the inviter is paying for your trip / accommodating you in the UK please collect below document copies
  • Proof of accommodation / rental agreement
  • Latest 06-month bank statement
  • Latest 06 months Income Tax return details

3.Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
  • Submit required documentation on time
  • Ensure passport validity and eligibility before applying

City One is not responsible for rejections due to incorrect or incomplete information.

4.Fees & Refund Policy

Visa application charges include government/embassy fees (if applicable), service charges, and any third-party processing fees. Once a visa application is submitted for processing, fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

5.Processing Time

Visa processing durations mentioned on our website are estimates and may vary. Delays may occur due to embassy workload, holidays, or additional verification.

6.Use of Services

You agree not to misuse, duplicate, or replicate any part of the application process or information provided on our platform. Use of our services does not constitute a binding legal agreement until a confirmation email or receipt is issued.

7.Limitation of Liability

City One shall not be held liable for:
